Day 5

I bought a pack of bottled waters (I notice I drink more when they’re bottled instead of having to fill a pitcher from the huge jug) and some of those new Crystal Light On The Go packets (raspberry and iced tea) today. I had one during lunch and have to admit they aren’t too bad. You can definetly taste the aspertame (sugar substitute), but it doesn’t taste horrible either. I managed to chug down the whole bottle in less than 10 minutes. And there’s only 5 calories, no carbs, and it helps with your water intake! If you can drink a Diet Coke, you can definetly drink these.

Breakfast:
• 1 C. of atole de arroz
• 1/2 C. chocolate milk

Snack:
• Less than 1/2 C. elote en vaso (corn in a cup): corn, mayo, lime, & chile

Lunch:
• Sloppy Joe: child size bun (150 cals.), sauce (less than 30 cals.), and ground beef (150 cals.)
• 1 buffalo wing dipped in ranch dressing (a whopping 80 cals.!)
• bottled water w/ Crystal Light On The Go, raspberry flavored. – 5 cals.

Snack:
• a small piece of cake

Dinner:
• 1 chicken wing (marinated in hickory bar-be-cue sauce, lime, garlic powder, hot sauce and Tabasco sauce)
• a few pieces of queso fresco
• about 7 tortilla chips and Pace Picante sauce
• 1 teensy strip of fajita
• water

Exercise:
• Crunches – 3 sets of 25

I want to try those crystal light thingys. I tried making tropical punch koolaid with splenda the other day. It was pretty gross. lol

I made your atole the other day yajaira! it was a big hit. I loved it. And I’m picky about ‘tole! The condensed milk was different. Usually we make it with milk and sugar. But, i like your recipe!

Have you got Clight over there? I’ve no idea how it is compared to the one you bought, but it tastes really good too, specially the green apple one.
