Day 8
Went ahead and treated myself to some Shrek cereal this morning
. I was surprised to find out it had just a tad bit more, and sometimes even less, calories than the “healthier” cereals we have (Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bran, and others).
Breakfast:
• 1 1/2 C. Shrek cereal – 180 cals. w/ 1/2 C. milk – 75 cals.
Lunch:
• 5 chicken flautas (don’t know how many calories, but had 1 less than the serving size) w/ Tostitos cheese – 60 cals.
• less than 1/2 C. rice
• water
Snack:
• 53 mini chocolate chip Teddy Grams – 130 cals.
• 1/2 C. milk – 75 cals.
Dinner:
• 2 small slices of a Totinos ? pizza
• water
Exercise:
• Crunches: 4 sets of 25
• 25 leg lifts (each leg)
• 25 squats

wow im really out of the loop now that i dont work at a grocery store anymore.. i havent seen the shrek cereal yet. sounds like it could be good though!
