I feel all “squishy” because I had a liquid-y lunch LOL. I move and I can hear/feel all the liquid in my stomach
. Went a little overboard for breakfast, but it’s all good.
Breakfast:
• Strawberries & cream oatmeal (260 cals.) w/ 1/4 C. milk (37 cals.) – (had about 2 1/2 servings!)
• 1/2 biscuit – 90 cals. (butter- 30 cals, apple jelly- 25 cals.)
• water
Lunch:
• Soup at Hand vegetable medley – 110 cals.
• Crystal Light on the go iced tea – 5 cals.
• A few M&M’s
– about 100 cals.
Dinner:
• Garlic/rosemary Chicken – about 250 cals. (1 garlic clove=7 cals.)
• Garlic/rosemary mashed potatoes (don’t know how many calories?)
• Crystal Light Raspberry tea- about 3 cals…didn’t finish it all
Exercise:
• Crunches: 3 sets of 25
• Lateral pulls: 50 @ 45 lbs.
• Bench Press: 25 @ 10 lbs.
• Tredmil: 25 minutes.
