Almost There!

I took a deep breath and then tackled WordPress again. I figured out how to add the content in the side bar without screwing everything up like yesterday. I just copy/pasted everything from my old side bar into the new one and it actually worked. I was too busy moving things around last night–trying to “match” the order of everything that was already ther–that I somehow unaligned everything.

I’m feeling pretty good about this now. I fixed the smiley problem in the comments (thank you, Melissa, for pointing that out!) and a few other things here and there. Things I need to do:

– Either foward URL to WP directory or move everything (without screwing up) to the main directory.
– Remove Greymatter and other skins…I’m actually really sad about this :(.
– Once GM and skins are removed, pray that other pages will work with the new themes.
– Convert old GM archives into WP archives.

And that’s it. I hope. I think as long as I keep calm I’ll do alright LOL.

Heh, I gotta get used to these “Save” and “Publish” things!
