Day 6

I tried the Crystal Light on the Go’s in iced tea today with a squeeze of lime–it was good! It tasted almost exactly like brewed tea, with Sweet’n’Low. Didn’t get to exercise, but I was running around doing laundry and cleaning so I guess that helps a little. I so wish I could go to a gym or at least have a personal trainer to be on my ass and work me out, but alas, I haven’t the fundage .

I weighed myself on Noey’s scale and it said 115…so I’ve lost a pound . I want to get to at least 104, which is what I weighed after I had Eenan. I was too scrawny before (when I weighed 95), so 104 will be my goal. I’m noticing I don’t crave junk as much as I used to and when I want something, I either limit my portion or don’t have it at all. Yay!

Breakfast:
• Strawberry/banana Cheerios w/ 1 C. milk

Lunch:
• Small serving of lasagna (leftovers! Too lazy to cook!) – about 200 cals.?
• 16.9 oz. bottled water with Crystal Light on the go Iced Tea – 5 cals.
• 5 vanilla wafers – 130 cals.

Dinner:
• Ham & cheese sandwich on wheat bread (with mayo & brown mustard) – 240 cals.
• Water
• Strawberry sundae crunch popsicle – 170 cals.

Exercise:
• None, other than cleaning and laundry .

Day 5

I bought a pack of bottled waters (I notice I drink more when they’re bottled instead of having to fill a pitcher from the huge jug) and some of those new Crystal Light On The Go packets (raspberry and iced tea) today. I had one during lunch and have to admit they aren’t too bad. You can definetly taste the aspertame (sugar substitute), but it doesn’t taste horrible either. I managed to chug down the whole bottle in less than 10 minutes. And there’s only 5 calories, no carbs, and it helps with your water intake! If you can drink a Diet Coke, you can definetly drink these.

Breakfast:
• 1 C. of atole de arroz
• 1/2 C. chocolate milk

Snack:
• Less than 1/2 C. elote en vaso (corn in a cup): corn, mayo, lime, & chile

Lunch:
• Sloppy Joe: child size bun (150 cals.), sauce (less than 30 cals.), and ground beef (150 cals.)
• 1 buffalo wing dipped in ranch dressing (a whopping 80 cals.!)
• bottled water w/ Crystal Light On The Go, raspberry flavored. – 5 cals.

Snack:
• a small piece of cake

Dinner:
• 1 chicken wing (marinated in hickory bar-be-cue sauce, lime, garlic powder, hot sauce and Tabasco sauce)
• a few pieces of queso fresco
• about 7 tortilla chips and Pace Picante sauce
• 1 teensy strip of fajita
• water

Exercise:
• Crunches – 3 sets of 25

Day 4

I ate “junk” twice because I was throwing fits over my site being down and I thought everything had been deleted. Bad excuse, I know. But, since I had been doing really well, I went ahead and had some cake and a Pop Tart .

Breakfast:
• 1 1/2 C. banana/strawberry Cheerios – 165 cal.
• 1 C. milk – 150 cal.

Lunch:
• Bean burrito – a whopping 272 cals. (would have been much less I think had I made it myself…it was the microwaveable kind)
• 1 tblsp. Tostitos cheese for dipping – 20 cals.
• Incredibles Pop Tart – 200 cals

Midday:
• Two pices of cake

Dinner:
• 1/2-1 C. Fideo: vermicelli pasta with ground beef, tomato sauce, garlic powder, boullion powder, & pepper (the pasta alone was about 200 cals!)
• 1/2 C. raspberry tea
• 1 green apple

Exercise:
None! Didn’t have a chance .
